Cheers.



What is Cheers about?

Its about a bar.

Its about a bunch of drunks.

Its about a bunch of idiots.

And I'm trying to think of something else to say about it but I'm coming up short.

What else can be said?

The bar owner likes to screw lots of broads, the bar tender is as intelligent as a bowel movement, the bar maids mean, and the patrons are liars and drunks.

The jokes are stale, the episodes are all the same and the woman look like ugly 80's trash... so at least its very realistic to most bars!

Cheers is a show best watched drunk!

    The description reminds me of HIMYM (except for the ugly 80's trash). Will take a look later in this show :)

    I don't know why I loved this so much. I guess the ambiance of a local dive actually came through the tv, and I didn't care that norm flicked peanuts in my beer or Cliff smelled of spam.

    Cheers does seem to be the HIMYM of the 80's, but I get the feeling I won't enjoy Cheers as much as I do HIMYM.

    Cheers is one of those shows everyone either grew up with or missed completely. I am the latter (I've never even seen a single re-run), but it doesn't sound like I missed out on much.

    Anyway, I thought I'd followed your blog, but for some reason I haven't. Oh well, I can make up for it now.

    I find Cheers awesome man. The theme song and opening video is probably the best thing about it though. Following your blog for more reviews like this buddy, some very interesting posts on here for sure!
