Wow bravo. I have done this delete thing lot many times and sometimes blogger takes care of it for me. If you hadn't watermarked with your picture, I might have stolen this post from you, can't imagine paraphrasing the gold. Good one berserk.
You could always type out what I wrote and post it on your own picture! I didn't "watermark" it so no one else would use it, I "watermarked" it cause I love using pictures of myself! I'm egotistical!
I do love Tribute, and it's nice to see another D fan. You did a good tribute to both Tribute and the lamest post in the world. This isn't the lamest comment in the world, this is just a tribute.
That is one hell of a tribute to the lamest post in the world! That post must've been really lame if it get's a tribute! Now you should do a tribute post to the tribute post of the lamest post in the world!
What a mind melter! Loved it! And love Tenacious D!
Ahhh, I love the Tenacious D CD that song is on. My favorite songs are "Wonder Boy" and that one about friendship. Yeah, when I am doing a post, every time I write a little bit, I click on "preview." Then if I accidentally delete part or all of it, I still have the preview. Then I can just go to the preview and copy and paste whatever I wrote, instead of trying to remember what the heck it was that I originally said.
I too love that album! My favourite songs are Tribute, Wonder Boy, F*ck Her Gently, Explosivo, Dio, Kyle Quit the Band, The Road, Lee, Friendship, Karate, Rock Your Socks, Double Team and City Hall... so yeah, pretty much all the songs...
I once spent hours writing a letter to Kurt Vonnegut, and walked away before I saved it. Before I knew it, my cat had deleted it. I am sure she didn't mean to, but she likes to sit on my keyboard. I wasn't too mad at her, since Kurt was, is, and shall remain dead.

ReplyDeleteGlad you enjoyed it! (had to look up who Shel Silverstein is!)

DeleteThat's a tasty tune. Sorry to hear of your misfortunes, though. I've have that happen to me before.
ReplyDeleteLMAO Oh, that stinks!!! Sorry to hear that. lol I would have punched myself too. Great tribute!
ReplyDeleteDon't punch yourself, Jax. Punch someone who deserves it.
DeleteWord.
ReplyDeleteLOL I picked up on the reference right away, sad to hear it but I think it inspired the best post about a tribute of the lamest post.
ReplyDeleteIs it wrong that I imagined you ripping your shirt open at "I am just dumb"?
ReplyDeleteWell if it's wrong, I'm not sure I want to be right.
Best comment ever!
DeleteHaha, gotta love Tenacious D.

ReplyDeleteHaha, great post! :D
ReplyDeleteGood idea with the pic and sorry to hear that you deleted your post.
ReplyDeleteI don't have a delete button. Deleted it.
ReplyDeleteWhenever I make a lame post, I think of my 11th grade English teacher shaking her head sadly and telling me "We both know this isn't your best work."
