Jeezer Hora was an idiot, good review of a travesty to movies, good stunt work by yourself and without the beard.....you do have a pretty mouth!
ReplyDeletehahaha you give a whole new meaning to talking to ones self, batman addition was awesome. That stache only seems half on too. Is it a whole wax on wax off type of deal?..haha killer horse, killer snake and killer dogs, think what would have happened with a killer rhyming cat.
ReplyDeleteI really like the whole Old Time Movie reviewer although Bersecules the Berserk Herc is still far better! It's funny you never see the two of them in the same place at once... pretty strange isn't it? One minute in is one of the funniest things I've ever saw in my life "Oh fuck this!" Absolutely hilarious!

ReplyDelete@The Angry Lurker I concur! Jezzer Hora is an idiot! Thanks! I'm glad you enjoyed my review! Actually the scene where I fall back after being hit was me actually tripping and falling over! So its not as much a stunt as me just being a dofus!
ReplyDelete@Pat Hatt I like to think I bring talking to myself to a new level of weird! Glad you liked the Batman references! The mustash, soul patch and mullet where all just paper taped to my face! So yes it is only half on! Its low budget for me! (make that no budget!) I shutter to think what would happen if your rhyming cat was in this movie! (although it would probably be better!)
@YeamieWaffles I never thought about that! They are never seen together! Thats weird! Must be like why Clark Kent is never seen at the same time as Superman! You know, a crazy coincidence! I'm glad you liked that scene! And I think Bersercules is better cause he has more experience doing reviews!
@Copyboy Theres a back log of old Ol' Timey reviews so expect them daily for a while! (exept on weekends! And when Bersercules videos show up!)

ReplyDeleteKidding aside, it'd be awesome to see you do a whole MST3000 style review where you comment on a movie as it plays... I know that would be a lot of work but I can dream!
@Sub-Radar-Mike I almost did do that! When I first watch the movie to review it I think up MST3k type riffs! I was even thinking of putting one on the Rifftracks site! But as I made part of one I realized that constinly only hearing my voice riffing on the movie is boring! Most movie riffs have multiple people! If I could find others to do vocals I would do it though! Riffing is funner to write then reviews!

ReplyDeleteI caught the Satanic message at 4 minutes. I feel like a God. Plus the 566 in roman numerals during the "which weapon did he use to kill the hobo" game. I love the references to Mario, Sonic, and Batman (why did that sound like genuine Batman dialogue?), the cat (of course) and again, little touches like you punching yourself out.

Because nobody asked for asked for it, here's another black and white. When you punched out Jezzer Hora, I nearly pissed myself. I'm glad you didn't put that mullet on though, it woulda seriously freaked me out. And there's no way Satan could be in Canada, it's too feckin' cold. Cats as weapons is a whole new concept.

@Mark Yay! You noticed the small messages! Well some of them! Theres at least two you didn't see! Plus the 566 is actually 666. Its in choice C which if put with the other letters is DCLXVI which is 666 (the sign of the beast!)

@Henry I didn't check how many views this one had before today (think 65 or so) but the last ones up to 75! I talked of how few veiws that first video got cause its the one that got the least veiws! Some of my videos have about 200 veiws but that one never got many! (and its my favorite one!)

ReplyDeleteI didn't rewatch the whole thing, I was just checking the roman numerals again. I knew I had some smartassery to point out. While DC is 600, CD is 500. I think to make the reference work properly you should have stuck the other numerals with D, or put the D after the C. I would say I hate to be a smartass but I don't. At all.

There's where that fucking old man went wrong first. I mean, Robert Johnson became the king of the fucking blues that way. And, I'm starting to think that it was the hexagon that did it too. ReplyDelete@Mark I know its D=500 C=100 L=50 X=10 V=5 I=1 and infront is minus after is add. I not only looked it up before I made this video but I new for years before I watched it. (fun note!) I can say DCLXVI really quick when talking cause of years of practice!

@Generally Disgruntled I think your right! Pentagram fro the devil and hexigon for Jezzer Hora! I think this also teaches an important lesson! The devil can do good (like with Robert Johnsons music) but Jezzer Horas just a dink (like from this movie)!

ReplyDelete@convictus I still do longer reviews, its just that the reviews take a while to make so when I started doing them here I made ten or eleven short reviews all at once and then showed them over a long period. I make a review ever week or so but usually show two or three a week! So eventually I ran out and now I'm using the old ones I did!
