Longer video to day! Well sorta, its three minutes long. I found this TV show on YouTube recently and I just had to make a review of it! I also published it off windows media player in a different way so this video looks better set on 720p (then 480p or 360p) in the YouTube settings at the bottom of the video.

I get the feeling that this was an autobiographical retelling of the filmmaker's life. Now that the film is done his now, of course, back in a straightjacket.

ReplyDeleteWe had a dirty old hobo-ish man in the town where I grew up. We never could figure out his deal. But, I'm thinking he was Catweazle.
Thank goodness I never gave him a bath.
But, we did throw dog poop at him.
Nice to see a longer video, but I have to say, I want a secret hobo.

@Al Penwasser Wow! You have lived quite the life! Throwing dog poo at a homless man! It reminds me of the time I saw a homeless man (who often annoyed costomers where I worked) peeing on the side of the building I worked at and while he was distracted I took his bedding out of his shopping cart and throw it in the dumpster in the loading bay where I worked (which he wouldn't be able to access!)

ReplyDeleteThat sliver of a moment after 0:35 where you say "call me leaporddolphin", have you thought about using simple dramatic cam effects? Like, cutting off after you say crazy, then doing a close up of "call me leapord dolphin", for the intense drama/comedy effect.

@D4 I've thought of doing that and doing other angles but when I tried it they looked worse then I could have imagained! My camera isn't the best quality though so it might be a good idea if I ever got a new camera. Thanks for the imput though! And yeah the show would be fun to watch drunk!

Everything from your lamenting for the reputation of knights to your reaction to that ginger guy being called Carrot (which is really hilarious in my eyes) was excellent stuff, it really gave me a good laugh.
ReplyDeleteThe show itself seems crazy and extremely stupid yet at the same time a lot of fun. I mean, he tries to fly and ends up falling into a lake and time travelling? It's so hilariously stupid and funny I'm sorely tempted to check it out.
